A successful well drilling company that prides itself in delivering superior customer service throughout the Pocono area seeks an experienced Driller's Helper. This individual should have a valid CDL A or B license and will work at the direction of the lead driller and be self motivated. The work involves physical outdoor work with some overtime. Duties include but are not limited to: Helping to load and transport project equipment and materials to job site, Heavy equipment operation experience a plus. Operate machinery to drill water wells, Use hand and power tools, Assemble/disassemble casings and pipe sections, Must be mechanically inclined and willing to: dig ditches, rack tools, clean drilling floor around rig, perform other duties as required. Helpful if knowledgeable in pump installation and water treatment. Other necessary qualifications, must be goal oriented and a team player, have good communication skills and a strong work ethic. Salary based on experience in above criteria. This is a full time position. EOE Drug Free Workplace
