Registered Nurse - Emergency Services
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 36, with rotating weekend hours.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be a vital member of the Emergency Department team, providing critical care to patients of varying demographics, from birth to elderly care. This is a fast-paced, demanding environment requiring quick thinking and exceptional patient care skills.
Deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and manage patient needs promptly.
Maintain patient records and document care within the Cerner Electronic Health Record.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.
Handle various cases, including but not limited to trauma, strokes, and STEMIs.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency services preferred.
Current RN License.
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, NIHSS.
Experience with Cerner EHR.
