Member Services Representative

Job Description

The Member Services Representative plays a crucial role in providing frontline support and engagement for our members. Working within a small team and reporting directly to a supervisor, this position involves processing information, resolving member issues, and fostering positive member interactions without any travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Process member information accurately and efficiently
Resolve member issues with effective problem-solving skills
Engage directly with members to ensure a positive experience
Communicate clearly and professionally with members and team
Manage time effectively to handle multiple member requests

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Proven problem-solving abilities
Effective time management skills
