Join us!Position Summary:This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product owners or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.Responsibilities:Generates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domainCommunicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners and the teamsOversees the budget(s) for one or more products by working closely with finance partners on both personnel and non-personnel expensesProvides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support themEnsures product availability by partnering closely with demand and capacity teammatesDevelops business cases for new products and additional features for existing productsPartners with the product owners and the teams to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and subject-matter expertise and understanding of the business and industry trendssee position summary required/desired qualificationsRequired Qualifications:7+ years of experience in cloud platform delivery, product ownership, or infrastructure engineering, with strong exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Proven experience as a Product Owner or technical product leader, managing backlogs and driving delivery of cloud platform capabilitiesStrong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, with hands-on familiarity with Terraform Enterprise and automated provisioning modelsExperience working closely with engineering teams to deliver reusable platform services, code modules, and cloud automation solutionsSolid foundation in Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization of user stories aligned to business valueDemonstrated ability to translate customer and business requirements into clear, actionable product features and technical requirementsExperience managing product backlogs, including friction or technical debt backlogs, to improve platform usability and developer experienceStrong knowledge of GCP services, cloud architecture patterns, and networking concepts (VPCs, IAM, load balancing, hybrid connectivity)Understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation practices, with the ability to prioritize and drive these as product capabilitiesExperience with policy-as-code, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance in enterprise environments (financial services preferred)Proven ability to drive platform standardization, automation, and adoption across large, complex organizationsStrong understanding of observability, monitoring, and operational excellence in cloud environmentsFamiliarity with AI/ML-driven automation and intelligent platform capabilities is a plusDeep experience with GCP services such as:o Compute (GCE, GKE, Managed Instance Groups)o Networking (VPC, load balancing, hybrid connectivity, cross-cloud experienced)o IAM and organization policyo Security Command Center, Cloud KMSo Observability (Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Trace)Experience with:o Platform engineering / Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)o Kubernetes (GKE) and container platformso FinOps / cloud cost managemento API-driven platform designo Service catalog / self-service provisioningDesired Qualifications:Ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, architecture, security, risk, and business partnersExperience defining and tracking product success metrics, including adoption, performance, and customer satisfactionStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to prioritizationExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product vision, roadmap, and outcomes to senior stakeholdersSkills:Financial ManagementInfluenceSolution Delivery ProcessStakeholder ManagementTechnical Strategy DevelopmentAgile PracticesAnalytical ThinkingCollaborationResult OrientationRisk ManagementGoogle CloudTerraformShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40SummaryLocation: Chandler; Charlotte; PlanoType: Full time
