This is a first shift position working 6am-4:30pm on a 4/10 schedule Monday-Thursday.

• Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of work experience
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings
• Ability to become solder certified
• Effective communication and team work
• Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team
• A passion for learning/knowledge

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in electronic assembly
• IPC-610/620 Certifications
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2021 and 2017
• Solder Reflow experience

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $35559 - $56894 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
