Charlotte, Cleveland, Florida, Texas, Georgia, New York Job type 6 months, FTC, with possibility to extend As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process working in conjunction with colleagues in teams such as Sourcing and Administration, utilizing relevant recruitment technology applications. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process. Key Accountabilities What you’ll do: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and advise on hiring strategy Lead sourcing and attraction plans aligned to market needs Deliver an excellent candidate experience from interview to offer Handle complex offer negotiations and support hiring decisions Anticipate and resolve stakeholder issues proactively Support workforce planning and build strategic talent pipelines Keep systems updated in real time and ensure full compliance Skills & Requirements Proven experience recruiting for highly corporate roles within Financial Services, including risk & compliance, audit, sales, technology Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements Worked with, and presented to and solved issues for clients and candidates, including Hiring Managers Expert in behavioural / competency-based interviewing Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs Able to demonstrate a broader understanding of the client’s business and strategies and how they influence AMS Service Delivery Able to act autonomously, potentially responsible for own business areas on a standalone basis Understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors) Expertise in various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching) Why AMS? For this role, the initial expected remuneration is US $55,600 - $81,500; for NYC - $70,200 - 93,700, plus applicable benefits (Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, Life, Voluntary Benefits, 401(k), Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time, Performance Bonus) This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
