Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams will be essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Candidates will be required to demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills. Flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs. Experience with the relevant patient demographic is preferred. Traveling to patient homes for therapy sessions will be part of the job responsibilities.
