Overview POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent STATUS: Exempt LOCATION: Craig County office in New Castle, VA REPORTS TO: Agency Manager Compensation: Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary). Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business). The figures above reflect real average first-year Agent earnings across our agency network. Preferred Requirements Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license, or ability to obtain these with Virginia Farm Bureau providing and paying for licensing training materials/class.
