Job Description

The position is for a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab, where the professional will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as per physician orders and monitor patient responses.
• Assist in preparing and managing patients for cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Monitor vital signs and provide post-procedural care to patients.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in cardiovascular nursing and cardiac catheterization preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
