Responsible for overall administrative, financial and clinical activities of assigned departments.Qualifications: Job Requirements:Bachelor's in nursing from an accredited school of nursing required. Effective 9/1/19, if the applicant does not have a BSN, they must be enrolled in an accredited BSN program with a scheduled date of completion.Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing.Minimum of five (or 3-5) years' clinical nursing experience, of which 3 (or 2) years must have been in a management capacityBLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.Preferred Job Requirements:Master's degree in nursing and/or related field.Certification in a clinical specialty or nursing administration.LI-AG1
