The resource will play a critical role in establishing a scalable, compliant, and operationally efficient ServiceNow environment while supporting ongoing platform enhancements and business transformation initiatives.This requirement is for HAM/SAM developers with CMDB, workflow, and operational enhancement experience, rather than generic ServiceNow developers who only have Incident/Request experience.Required Skills & Experience:Strong ServiceNow platform development experience including JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.Hands-on expertise with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.Strong understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management, Inventory Management, Asset Normalization, and HAM Workspace.Experience enhancing Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment workflows, Record Producers, and automated provisioning processes.Deep knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Asset-to-CI relationships, and CMDB governance best practices.Experience configuring and managing Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules to maintain CMDB data quality and prevent duplicate CIs.Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, MID Server, and third-party discovery/data sources.Strong understanding of Discovery, data migration, normalization, and enterprise asset data management.Experience supporting large-scale operational environments and driving platform enhancements aligned to business requirements.Target Responsibilities, but not limited to:Design, develop, and enhance HAM/SAM solutions and Service Request workflows.Improve asset lifecycle processes, automation, and operational efficiencies.Maintain CMDB integrity and Asset-to-CI alignment.Develop integrations and automated workflows supporting asset and software management operations.Collaborate with operational teams to deliver scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.Notes: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.Benefits: Danta offers a compensation package to all W2 employees that are competitive in the industry.
