About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced line cook to join our team at Counter Culture. As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our customers' satisfaction. You will work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success in this role. Ultimately, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a line cook
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or certification
• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant
• Experience working with a variety of cuisines
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our menu and recipes

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
