Safran Cabin Manufacture / Assembly And Repair

Constructs aircraft structure parts by laying-up resin infused carbon fiber in a sequence prior to processing in an autoclave as described on engineering drawings and company specifications. Adheres to company specifications, work instructions, engineering prints and work orders. Documents the materials used in the process to maintain traceability including out times of cold stored materials. Builds structural components via vacuum bagging using resin systems with carbon fiber reinforcements, properly identifies and communicates defects in tooling. Meet takt times while maintaining specified level of quality. Safely handles various regulated materials used in the process. Must carefully handle raw material and manufactured parts to ensure the integrity and quality is not compromised by handling. All employees have an affirmative duty to protect and maintain the confidentiality of C&D products. As business conditions change it is necessary that all employees productively react and handle other essential tasks as assigned now or in the future. Tasks may vary slightly based on products produced at division.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience: Internal applicants having completed Introductory Period. Ability to operate and comprehend data using Windows Operating System, (MRP) M3 & Royal 5 and SmarTeam. Ability to read and follow engineering blue prints. Non-entry level.
