Position Overview We are looking for a passionate Montessori Elementary Guide to join our vibrant educational community in Cincinnati. In this role, you will act as a mentor, facilitating student-led learning and nurturing both the academic and emotional growth of your students. Key Responsibilities Prepare the Environment: Maintain a beautiful, orderly, and well-resourced Montessori classroom. Guide and Observe: Present hands-on lessons across the curriculum (Mathematics, Language, Culture, and Practical Life) and observe individual student progress. Foster Independence: Encourage a child-initiated learning process and support the development of critical thinking and self-regulation. Family Collaboration: Act as a partner to parents, effectively communicating the Montessori philosophy and student progress. Qualifications Certification: Valid AMI, AMS, or MACTE accredited Elementary credential.
