As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that each patient receives personalized and effective treatment. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care by adhering to best practice standards and state board regulations. Coordinate and implement patient care plans collaboratively with patients and care teams. Maintain the confidentiality of medical records and ensure accurate, timely documentation. Provide leadership and delegate responsibilities effectively within the healthcare team. Offer emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families. Foster a learning environment by mentoring team members and educating patients and families on health needs. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing (Illinois or Michigan preferred). Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification required before employment start date. Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation care setting is preferred. Basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft applications is preferred. Ability to produce a negative drug screen for all panels. Work Schedule & Benefits 12-hour night shifts available. Competitive salary range: $32.94 - $49.36 per hour. Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for third shift positions with a one-year work commitment. Shift differentials: +$4.00 for nights, +$3.25 for weekends.
