Office Manager – Independent Insurance Agency
Seeking a strong, experienced insurance leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a growing independent insurance agency. The ideal candidate will have a P&C License, strong Personal Lines experience, Commercial Lines knowledge, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team. This person will be responsible for bringing structure, accountability, and a strong sales culture to the office.
 
Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the agency team
• Oversee daily office operations and workflows
• Manage and support Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts
• Drive new business, cross-selling, and retention
• Establish accountability and improve agency processes
• Handle escalated client and insurance issues
• Work closely with ownership on agency growth

 
Qualifications

• Active P&C License required
• Strong Personal Lines experience
• Commercial Lines experience preferred
• Previous leadership/management experience
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
