RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking a General Pediatrician in Toms River, NJ Silverton Pediatrics , a joint venture of RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Pediatrician to join a well-established, thriving multi-provider practice along the Jersey Shore. This is a full-time position within a collaborative practice environment supported by experienced physicians and dedicated clinical staff, utilizing advanced EHR and digital technologies to deliver high-quality pediatric care. Position Overview The General Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric patients within a busy and supportive practice. This role offers a strong work-life balance with a four-day work week and shared call schedule, along with the opportunity to practice in a community-focused setting with access to RWJBarnabas Healths extensive resources. Position Highlights Full-time, outpatient-focused pediatric role 4-day work week with 1:6 call schedule No inpatient or delivery responsibilities Newborn rounding only at the affiliated local hospital Established patient base with strong referral network Modern office equipped with advanced EHR and digital tools Partnership track opportunity Candidate Requirements Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment Compensation & Benefits The anticipated minimum salary range for this position if hired to work is $185,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidates educational background, skills, and professional experience.
