What You'll Do:

• Independently provide routine and complex emergency nursing care in accordance with ANA standards and hospital protocols
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness
• Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional emergency care
• Lead nursing assessments and delegate tasks as appropriate to support patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Current RN license in Texas or a valid compact license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (active)
• Minimum 1 year of ER or related nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
