Senior Estate Planning Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Estate Planning Attorney in Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate planning, including wills, trusts, and tax strategies, and will work with high-net-worth clients to develop personalized estate plans. Duties Design and implement customized estate plans, including living trusts and wills. Draft and implement complex irrevocable trusts for tax mitigation and asset protection. Advise on trust and estate administration, probate, and tax matters. Conduct client consultations and explain estate planning concepts clearly. Stay current on federal and Nevada-specific estate, tax, and trust laws. Collaborate with paralegals and associate attorneys to deliver exceptional service. Requirements J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Nevada. 5+ years of experience in estate planning and asset protection. Strong drafting skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple matters independently. Team-oriented and committed to continuous learning and client care. Experience with trust administration and/or probate litigation. Comfort with estate planning software. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Education J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Active license to practice law in Nevada. Skills Strong drafting skills.
