We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Store Associate who enjoys creating great experiences for customers. If you have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and can handle basic math while working a register, you might be the perfect fit. What You’ll Do Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories Operate the register: handle cash, give change, and process returns Use basic math and counting skills for transactions Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked Support loss prevention and store cleanliness What We’re Looking For Great communication and listening skills Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) Must be at least 16 years old Why You’ll Love Working Here Supportive team environment Flexible part-time hours On-the-job training and opportunities to grow A fun, fast-paced retail atmosphere Physical Requirements Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts Comfortable bending, squatting, and reaching for merchandise Able to move quickly in a fast-paced store environment Ready to bring your energy and great service to our team?
