Description

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager for our high volume casual dining establishment located in Winston-Salem. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to lead a vibrant team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

As the Senior Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of service and quality are upheld. You will be instrumental in driving sales, managing budgets, and implementing strategies that contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experience
Manage inventory, budgets, and costs effectively
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales
Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Recruit, train, and develop team members
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings
Stay informed about industry trends and competition

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
In-depth knowledge of restaurant management software
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
High school diploma; further education in hospitality is a plus
