NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager for our high volume casual dining establishment located in Winston-Salem. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to lead a vibrant team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
As the Senior Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of service and quality are upheld. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
- High school diploma; further education in hospitality is a plus
