Pyrotek is seeking an HR Business Partner - Benefits & Leave to lead USA benefits and leave administration within the Corporate Office. You will ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations while advising employees on eligibility and process changes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least five years of HR experience, preferably focused on benefits; self-insured medical plans experience is a plus.
