Complete final assembly of product consisting of tasks such as kitting, assembly, testing of finish goods, and final packaging including but not limited to Boxing and Palletizing.Education: High school or equivalent preferredExperience:No product assembly experience required; ability to learnExperience using air and hand toolsMechanically inclinedAssembly or production experience a plusPackaging and Palletizing in Production experience a plusKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to read and conform to company standards and building requirementsAbility to work in a standing environmentAbility to read and comprehend simple instructionsMechanically inclinedMust be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basisDuties and Responsibilities:Perform all router steps on the work order required to complete a pump build which includes but is not limited to kitting, sub-assembly, and boxing of pumpFollow standard work in the production cell to conform to product design specifications and comply with all quality assurance proceduresPerform TPM (total preventative maintenance) on department tools and equipmentPerform Hydro-test on required work order and capture certificateEnsures duties performed meet company policies, procedures, and safety requirementsCapture production log and report to Supervisor and Lead dailyMaintain inventory accuracies by transacting work order and move orders properly and completely in OracleResponsible for completing priorities set forth by the lead and supervisor for the dayMust comply with the Company’s policies and proceduresPerforms all duties as assigned by the department lead to support productionMust demonstrate commitment to safety & continual improvement of OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety) performance, registered standards, company policy, integrity, ethics, and legal compliancePractice lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in the daily workMaintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company procedures and rulesWork overtime as requiredAll other duties assignedBenefits for this position include: a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions; medical, dental and vision insurance; wellness programs; health savings account, health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts; company paid short-term disability and long-term disability; company paid employee basic life and AD&D insurance; supplemental employee and dependent life insurance; optional accident, hospital indemnity and critical illness insurance; adoption, surrogacy, and fertility benefits and assistance; commuter benefits; parental, military, jury duty, and bereavement leaves of absence; paid time off, including 11 paid holidays per calendar year, paid vacation days beginning at 120 hours annually, 40 paid sick leave hours annually or as provided under state and local paid sick leave laws, tuition assistance; business travel services; employee discounts; and an employee assistance program that includes company paid counseling sessions and legal services.
