Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Mattress Sales Associate with a strong focus on customer service and sales performance . In this role, you will help customers choose the perfect mattress and sleep products while creating a positive, engaging in-store experience. If you’re driven, personable, and excited about earning commission, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service from the moment customers walk in
• Build rapport quickly and create a welcoming, pressure-free shopping experience
• Ask questions to understand customers’ sleep preferences and recommend personalized solutions
• Present mattress and accessory features, benefits, and pricing with confidence and clarity
• Guide customers through product testing and selection
• Close sales effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom that enhances the shopping experience
• Stay up to date on all product lines, promotions, and financing options
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and showroom merchandising
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; mattress or furniture sales experience is a bonus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals and maximize earnings
• Positive, professional, and outgoing personality
• Ability to learn and explain product information clearly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
