Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a RN

• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years years of experience in OR
• Qualified applicants MUST have Valid RN license
• Be willing to obtain Massachusetts licensure
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in the OR

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a clinical setting, you’ll deliver specialized perioperative care and support patient outcomes within the OR environment.

• Deliver specialized care to patients across a variety of acute and subacute units as an RN in the OR, ensuring safe perioperative support throughout the surgical experience.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment, monitor patient conditions, administer perioperative interventions, and document outcomes using RN best practices and clinical communication.

• Advocate for the best possible patient experience while supporting recovery, safety, and continuity of care—leveraging common OR and hospital keywords such as patient monitoring, treatment administration, and documentation.
