As a Classroom Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and productive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting students with their math and reading assignments.
• Providing guidance and encouragement to help students stay focused and motivated.
• Grading assignments and providing feedback to students.
• Maintaining an organized and efficient classroom environment.
• Supporting the instructor with other tasks to ensure smooth operations.

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about working with children and has a strong commitment to education. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• A positive attitude and a passion for helping students learn and grow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
• No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and contribute!
