The Homemaker Caregiver position provides personal hygiene and grooming care to clients; assistance with toileting, ambulation, etc.; providing meals for clients' nutritional needs; reporting changes in clients' condition to nurse, supervisor, or client care coordinator; performing routine housekeeping and home management duties; recording each client's care on care plan and submitting care plan in a timely manner; assisting with providing emotional support for the clients and their families; assisting with routine therapy exercises; participating in case conferences as requested; attending all required in-service education sessions; having the ability to use computer software program and smartphone for required education; representing the company in a positive and professional manner through a high level of customer service; and can think critically without direct supervision and the ability to escalate when appropriate.

Qualifications: Two years of continuous work experience; one year of previous patient care experience; specific experience as designated by work area may be required; new grad CNAs are welcome; must have a current and valid driver's license in good standing along with reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
