Lead residential land development projects from design through delivery by coordinating consulting engineers, utility providers, municipalities, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and key milestones to deliver projects on time and within budget. Review civil engineering plans and other technical documents to ensure they meet projects requirements and local regulations. Assists in soliciting bids for all scopes of work needed for the project and perform comprehensive analysis to aid in contractor selections. Build strong relationships with utility providers and municipalities to complete necessary work and inspections. Work collaboratively across internal departments including engineering, accounting, and shared service teams. What Will You Bring? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Real Estate 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills Eagerness to learn and grow professionally This is subject to change based on needs or if special circumstances should arrive.
