Role Description The Leasing Consultant role at RAM Partners in Miami, FL is a full-time, on-site position focused on supporting the leasing and resident experience at a multi-family community. Daily responsibilities include greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding applicants through the leasing process. The role involves responding to inquiries, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate leasing and resident records in property management systems. The Leasing Consultant also supports resident retention by fostering positive relationships, addressing concerns professionally, and promoting community events and services. Collaboration with the onsite team to meet occupancy goals, uphold property standards, and ensure service excellence is an essential part of this role. Qualifications Demonstrated experience with leases and lease administration, including explaining terms, processing applications, and ensuring accurate documentation. Strong customer service and resident retention skills, with the ability to build rapport, resolve concerns, and support a positive living experience. Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with residents, prospects, and team members. Basic proficiency with property management or CRM software, and solid organizational and time-management abilities. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, real estate, or a related field is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, including weekends or evenings as needed, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
