Now Hiring: CNC Machine Operators – Mills & Lathes Experience Preferred

We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join a growing precision manufacturing team. Experience with mills, lathes, blueprints, and precision measuring tools is preferred. Ideal candidates have machine operating or machining experience and are looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC mills, lathes, and machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools to verify precise dimensions and tolerances
• Inspect parts throughout production to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine machine checks and maintain a safe, clean work area
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Preferred Experience

• CNC machining or machine operator experience
• Experience with mills and lathes
• Blueprint reading
• Precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Manufacturing or machining environment experience

Training

Training is available for mechanically inclined candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
