Paint Line Helper

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services in Appleton, is seeking a Paint Line Operator to join their team. As a Paint Line Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Paint Line Location: Appleton, WI Pay Range: $17.00 per hour Shift: Night shift (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday) What's the Job? Load parts onto the paint line following production schedules and work orders Unload painted parts from the line and prepare them for subsequent processing Ensure proper distribution of wire hooks on the conveyor line Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work area Assist team members to meet production goals efficiently What's Needed? No prior experience required; training provided Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable and punctual attendance Physical ability to perform heavier work tasks What's in it for me?
