Consistent load planning and broad regional lane coverage help CDL-A drivers maintain steady miles while supporting predictable home time. Jamie Tharpe Trucking is hiring CDL-A drivers in Montgomery, AL who want dependable freight, consistent schedules, and reliable earning opportunities.

Earnings

We know you work hard and believe you should be rewarded for it. That's why we offer competitive weekly pay of $1,350 to $1,550, deposited directly into your account every week.

Your Truck

With Jamie Tharpe Trucking, you will enjoy late-model trucks equipped with driver-focused amenities, including TVs, SiriusXM, DIRECTV, and a microwave mount to make life on the road more comfortable.

Your Schedule

We understand the importance of balancing work and personal time. Our Northeast regional runs are designed to get you home every other weekend for two full days to relax and recharge.

You'll haul 100% no-touch freight, allowing you to focus on driving while reducing physical demands on the job. Need additional flexibility? We offer scheduling options designed to support different lifestyles.

Minimum Qualifications

A valid CDL-A, at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience, a clean driving record, a commitment to safety, and a professional attitude.

Orientation Information

We'll fly you to orientation, provide a private hotel room, cover your meals, and pay you while you complete orientation.
