Job Overview As an Analyst of Analytics at Augurian, you’ll be in the data every day—collecting it, validating it, analyzing it, and learning how to turn it into something clients can use. You’ll work across GA4, GTM, Looker, and other platforms, building the foundational skills that every great analytics professional needs. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and dependable. You don’t need to have all the answers yet, but you need to want to find them. You’ll get exposure to AI tools, consultative client work, and strategic thinking—and you’ll have a team around you that’s invested in helping you grow. You’ll support a diverse client mix—from B2B organizations with long sales cycles to multi-location businesses in healthcare, retail, higher education, and grocery—giving you broad exposure to different business models early in your career. Data Collection & Validation Gather and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements for ongoing projects. Execute on tasks needed to support the measurement plan within GTM, GA4, and other tools. AI Tools & Learning Begin using AI tools—automated reporting assistance, data summarization, visualization generation—under manager guidance to accelerate execution and build fluency. Explore and experiment with AI tools relevant to analytics; share discoveries with the team. Analysis & Reporting Assist in the preparation of regular reports, presenting key metrics and performance indicators. Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes. Campaign Support Work with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support for digital marketing campaigns. Assist in the optimization of campaigns based on data-driven insights. Quality Assurance Conduct quality assurance checks on data sets to identify and rectify discrepancies. Ensure data integrity and consistency across various databases and reporting tools. Client Interaction Collaborate with team members to support client interactions on analytics-related matters. Assist in understanding client business goals and contributing insights to meet their objectives. Observe and learn from senior team members' consultative client interactions to develop advisory skills. Tool Utilization Learn and utilize analytics tools to streamline data analysis processes. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging tools to enhance analytical capabilities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with organic, paid media, creative, and account management teams to integrate analytics insights into client strategies. Contribute ideas for how AI and new approaches can improve team processes and client outcomes.
