Trial Attorney - Early Career

Job Overview A law firm seeks an early career Trial Attorney in Tempe, AZ. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with clients, and advocate in trials. Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients. Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, and lead mediations. Serve as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes. Requirements Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience preferred. Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred. Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies effectively. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active State Bar membership. Skills Strong legal acumen and advocacy skills.
