Coverage Area: Urbana, Danville, Decatur, Bloomington, IL
Shift: Day shift
Hours/Week: 40 hours

Licenses/Certs: Valid driver's license required
Experience: Sales or healthcare experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Compensation: Starting at $45,000/year base + uncapped commission (experienced up to $50,000/year base)
Bonus: Quarterly bonus opportunities
Reimbursements: Car/mileage, cell phone

What You'll Do

Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
Prospect new clients and expand existing partnerships within your territory
Conduct in-person visits to educate healthcare professionals on equipment solutions
Present product offerings, answer questions, and close sales opportunities
Support existing customers with ongoing service needs
Track activities, pipeline, and trends using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Attend training sessions and complete required call planning/reporting

What You Need

Required:

Valid driver's license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales
Experience with medical or respiratory devices (ventilators, oxygen, sleep therapy, wound care, diabetic supplies)
CRM experience and pipeline management skills
Leadership experience (a plus)
