Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving Faxedge Technologies' growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for our account executives. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
• Qualify inbound leads and determine their potential fit for Faxedge's solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and challenges.
• Nurture relationships with prospective clients and set meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and progress in CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of self-motivation, energy, and resilience.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively articulate technical concepts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
