We strongly believe that people come first in our industry and within our company.We are growing quickly and are excited to welcome a professional, customer-focused Full-Time Site Manager to our team for a new property in the Rochester, MN area!About the RoleThis position will have you responsible for the day-to-day operations of multi-family housing properties. You'll play a key role in everything from leasing and compliance to community engagement and resident relations.Key ResponsibilitiesLease & show available units to prospective residentsInterview residents to help predetermine qualificationAssist with rent collection and delinquenciesGenerate relevant documents for resident move insProcess affordable housing applications/certificationsVerify information via third party for accuracyEnforce occupancy policies and proceduresDay-to-day resident relations and correspondenceAchieve resident retention via community engagement and activitiesComplete "make ready" process of vacant units as neededInspect units and overall property conditionCarry a company issued cell phone to assist with after-hour emergencies as neededAct as a liaison between tenants and property ownersCommunicate with and assist Compliance DepartmentWork closely with maintenance team to coordinate work orders and vendors, when necessaryUpdate SharePoint site dailyComplete monthly workflows in Yardi VoyagerSubmit various monthly and/or annual reportsComply with all Fair Housing lawsBenefits - Full-Time EmploymentHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance availableFlex Spending AccountLong-Term Disability Insurance 100% coveredBasic Life Insurance Policy 100% covered, Additional life insurance available401K with a company matchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysVolunteer PTOLloyd Management is committed to providing long lasting careers with room for growth.
