We are seeking a dependable, organized Warehouse manager to oversee our construction warehouse, materials, tools and equipment.  The position is ideal for someone who enjoys being organized, working independently, and supporting our field crew by ensuring materials and equipment are ready when needed.

Responsibilities:

·         Receive, organize and maintain inventory

·         Track materials and supplies for active job sites

·         Pull and prepare materials for upcoming projects

·         Deliver materials to job sites

·         Keep warehouse clean and organized

·         Assist with loading/unloading deliveries

Qualifications:

·         Valid driver’s license

·         Previous warehouse experience required

·         General knowledge of construction and building materials

·         Basic computer skills

·         Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·         Self motivated with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience performing basic vehicle and equipment maintenance.

·         Experience in the construction industry

·         Forklift experience
