Description
Job Title: Customer Service Rep. Trainee
Department: Various (0 thru 12 months)
Duties: Process paperwork related to departmental activities and establish and maintain files and records, including those of a confidential nature.
Operate a computerized word processing system to produce letters, reports, forms, and other printed documents.
Perform various clerical duties, such as typing, filing, and recording. Answer telephone responding to general inquiries; direct customers to the appropriate area.
Prepare and execute documents such as notes, disclosures, rescissions, and checklists.
Issue the proceeds checks.
Perform a variety of duties related to the processing and administration of existing loans in the following areas; consumer lending, commercial lending, and mortgage lending.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
High School/GED or better.
