Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Services team. The RN will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring positive patient experiences and outcomes. This role requires expertise in critical care thinking and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs
• Perform emergency procedures and interventions as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Respond to emergency situations with critical thinking and swift actions

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be a licensed RN with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency setting
• Certifications required: ACLS, PALS or ENPC, NIHSS
• Ability to float to other areas as needed based on competencies
• Good patient experience skills with patients and families
