Salesforce Project Manager

Leading cross-functional teams in a remote full-time capacity, the Salesforce Project Manager will manage medium and large-scale IT projects from initiation to launch, ensuring innovative solutions are delivered to clients while maintaining project scope, budget, and schedule. Key responsibilities: Lead IT projects utilizing the Salesforce platform, collaborating with Consultants, Engineers, and Designers to define project scope and budget Plan and execute projects using agile methodologies, conducting scrum rituals and managing cross-functional teams effectively Communicate project status to stakeholders, proactively addressing risks and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction Required qualifications: Minimum 2 years of project management experience in a consulting environment with a track record of leading successful technical projects Strong technical background in agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development processes Experience managing project risks and controlling scope, budget, and schedule Proficient in project management tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and Asana Detail-oriented with strong leadership and negotiation skills
