Synairgy Mechanical is seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice Technician to join our team. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to gain hands‑on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians. Key Responsibilities Assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, including air conditioners and heat pumps Perform basic diagnostics, such as checking pressures and temperatures, under supervision Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in an organized manner Follow safety protocols and industry standards Provide professional customer service on‑site Document work and participate in training programs Support technicians and team members on service and installation tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn HVAC skills Ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong work ethic, reliability, and team‑oriented mindset Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in indoor and outdoor environments, including elevated temperatures and confined spaces. Excellent communication and customer service skills Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, where permitted by law. EPA Section 608 certification is a plus, and resources may be provided Prior HVAC experience is a plus but not required Pay and Benefits Full‑Time. W-2 Employment Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.
