Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Specialist Our client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their Banking Team! Location: On-site Green Bay, WI or Stevens Point, WI Schedule: Flexible to work an 8-hour shift between 8am and 7pm or 12pm and 9pm Monday through Friday plus every other Saturday working 8am to 5pm Contract: 3 months with potential for an extension or conversion to full-time Pay Rate: $19 to $20.00 an hour - Depending on Shift As a Customer Service Specialist you will respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, web chat and digital channels in a cross functional Contact Center. The Representative will: Respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email with professionalism. Deliver quality service to retain customers and support business growth. Adapt quickly to changing priorities, products, services, and procedures. Process account maintenance, transactions, fee refunds, debit card requests, updates, and stop payments. Protect customers and the bank by following fraud prevention and confidentiality policies. Requirements: High School Degree or GED. 1-2 years customer service, banking, retail, insurance, healthcare, telemarketing/sales experience.
