Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner for one of our clients located in Romeoville, IL . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility, ensuring all areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming. This role plays a vital part in creating a safe, healthy, and pleasant environment for employees, customers, and visitors.

Looking for 10-12 janitors. This is a permanent position.

·       40 hours week (with possible overtime)

·       Must be available from 7am-6pm

·       Must be on time, dependable, and self-motivated and a good worker

You will be cleaning the multiple buildings and units within the company.

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
• Other duties as required by supervisor

Requirements:

• Must speak English
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Clean drug test and background check
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card through TSA
• Clean MVR report
• Illinois Driver License a Must
• Safety Training classes

Weekly pay

$20 an hour

Possible Overtime, when needed
