Role Overview Provides specialized direct patient care in perioperative settings, including PACU and Operating Room, utilizing evidence-based practices within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care based on the nursing process. Support and mentor new healthcare team members through precepting. Participate in maintaining safety and quality at the point of care. Follow evidence-based care models aligned with AORN and ABPANC standards. Engage in ongoing specialty education and competency validation. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred. Current RN licensure. Minimum of 2 years of experience in procedural areas. BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
