Registered Pharmacist In Charge HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Registered Pharmacist In Charge to fill an opening with a top-rated healthcare employer dedicated to optimizing outcomes and providing a high-touch caring experience to all patients in Blacksburg, VA. Pay Details $127-166K (Based on experience) Premium Pay Incentive Annual Bonus $8k - $15k Shift As the Pharmacist Leader, they will need to be flexible! | Must be willing to work every other weekend 40 hours a week, Days & autonomy to create your own schedule! Daily Responsibilities for the Registered Pharmacist In Charge Fill prescriptions, monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances/narcotics Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence Complete scheduling of technicians and support sales and goals of pharmacy department Shift: As the Pharmacist Leader, they will have the autonomy to create their own schedule | As the leader, needs to be flexible! | Must be willing to work every other weekend Weekdays - Open from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Weekends - Open from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturdays 10 - 5 on Sundays Required qualifications for the Registered Pharmacist In Charge Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing Retail Pharmacy experience Preferred qualifications for the Registered Pharmacist In Charge Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s) Equivalent combination of education and experience in business management Benefits for the Registered Pharmacist in Charge Best-in-class benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance plan options Paid Time Off - Vacation and Health and Wellness days + paid Holidays 401(k) Match, Retirement Plans, and Tuition Reimbursement Culture Lower Pharmacist to Technician ratio to ensure you can focus on what matters, your patients!
