Role Description The Staff Accountant is a full-time, on‑site role based in the United States, supporting the financial operations of Clancy Relocation & Logistics. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include recording and reconciling general ledger entries, processing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with month‑end and year‑end close activities. The Staff Accountant will collaborate with operations and leadership teams to analyze financial data, address variances, and provide insights that support decision‑making. Additional duties may include maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to process improvements within the accounting function. Qualifications Strong foundation in general accounting principles, including experience with general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment application, and collections support Experience preparing supporting schedules for month‑end and year‑end . Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations, internal controls, and company policies to maintain accurate financial records Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and convey financial information clearly Capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior accounting experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries is beneficial but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Clancy Relocation & Logistics
