Job Full Description

We are hiring for a Receptionist/Front Desk Administrator at a manufacturing company in Belton, TX.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Temp-to-hire

Pay: $17/hour.

Receive all incoming calls, assist customer when able and direct when needed to appropriate department
Greet all walk-in customers
Data entry: uploading invoices, entering freight information into spreadsheets
Filing; including but not limited to customer orders, shipping documents, accounts payable, and payments.
Ability to follow all company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
