Senior Learning and Development Trainer

divh2Learning Development And Delivery/h2pLearning develops, deploys and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment to business strategies. This function analyzes learning needs and develops training curricula, technologies, and programs. This function also manages trainings provided by third-parties and partners with leaders and subject matter experts within functions and business units to deliver learning./ppLearning Development and Delivery provides instructor-led trainings and manages training processes to maximize the value that employees gain from learning solutions. This job family delivers training materials including presentations, guides and manuals, and course evaluations and coordinate training schedules based on training needs./ppResponsibilities/pulliLead and facilitate training for new processes, manage upcoming training schedules, and ensure 100% compliance with all training requirements./liliProactively review, modify, and update training curriculum and materials to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with operational changes and best practices./liliLead changes to training documents, standard operating procedures, and classroom setups, ensuring alignment with current Standard Operating System (SOS) documents./liliManage specific training programs, such as the Kappa testing program, ensuring their effective operation./liliCollaborate with the Site Leader to develop and implement site staff training plans, including scheduling, cross-training, and upskilling initiatives./liliManage the logging of training completions in the Learning Management System (mySpark) and report monthly training metrics to the Site Leader./liliAssist the Site Leader in standardizing performance management processes, including goal setting, KPI targets, and developing tools for people managers./liliPartner with the Learning Center of Excellence (COE), assist with various business needs and complex projects, contribute to policy development, and coordinate employee engagement activities./liliMaintain flexibility to work later shifts as needed to accommodate training schedules and business demands./li/ulpQualifications/pulli4-6+ years of experience, preferred/liliBachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred/liliDemonstrates good verbal and written communication skills/liliStrong leadership and interpersonal skills/liliProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create presentations, training materials, and process flows/li/ulpWhat is expected of you and others at this level/pulliApplies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks/liliWorks on projects of moderate scope and complexity Identified possible solutions to a variety technical problems and takes action to resolve/liliApplies judgment within defined parameters/liliReceives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects/liliWork reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy/li/ulpAnticipated salary range: $57,000 - $81,600/ppBonus eligible: No/ppBenefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being./pulliMedical, dental and vision coverage/liliPaid time off plan/liliHealth savings account (HSA)/lili401k savings plan/liliAccess to wages before pay day with myFlexPay/liliFlexible spending accounts (FSAs)/liliShort- and long-term disability coverage/liliWork-Life resources/liliPaid parental leave/liliHealthy lifestyle programs/li/ulpApplication window anticipated to close: 05/15/2026 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible./ppThe salary range listed is an estimate.
