Sales Executive

Inside/Outside Sales RepresentativeCurrently we are seeking a technically experienced Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of product parts, their functions, and related processes, while supporting the sales team in closing opportunities that require technical expertise to identify and provide the right solutions for each customer's needs. Site visitations is required for this position, and a company vehicle will be provided for commuting.Job Duties:Meet with customers to have an in-depth knowledge of processes, products used, application of products, condition of products, and contact technical support personnel.Create a personal working relationship with customers to understand opportunities to create solutions with the products we sell or want to initiate sales with.Forecast for future usage, inventory controls and support accounting for cash-flow.Provide competitive information on pricing, barriers for entry, and know what the competition is offering.Set up Vendor/Salesperson sales callsAssist in quote request for special buy-out productsSell, and create purchase orders and ship to customers.Perform site visits for product knowledge and application verification.Build relationships and gain familiarity with end usersBuild an understanding of customer knowledge, wants and needsDirectly take quote requests, estimating, taking orders, processing orders and customer follow up.Assist sales team with processing orders for large accounts/large ordersAssist in expediting orders.Communicate with management and Inside Sales on needs and expectations to support them.Participate in logging calls and weekly activities.Research, develop, and modify products to meet customer technical requirements and needsTravel includes customer site visits, project kick-offs, installation support and engineering support.Requirements:Experience in sales and technology fieldStrong interpersonal communication, customer services and sales skillsAbility to relate technical information to non-technical customers.Excellent technical and problem-solving skillsGood leadership and teamworking skills.Willingness to continue your sales educationStrong understanding of engineering principles and structural design.High proficiencies in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Work, and mastery of professional writing skills.Company Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceCompany paid life and AD&D InsuranceAncillary benefits such as supplemental life, AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Cancer Assistance, Accident Insurance, etc..Company phone401(K)/IRA retirement plans with employer matching after first year of serviceVacation time after 90-day orientation period
